We are looking for YOU to strengthen our “Transformation Consulting Services” division!

Your responsibilities

  • You will work on programmes and projects in the fields of organisational development, strategies and roadmaps, process consulting and solution implementation in Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
  • You will carry out initial organisational and maturity analyses and assist in the creation of process and solution architectures in ESM
  • In addition, you will moderate customer workshops to agree on detailed questions regarding the requirements
  • You will provide support in advising on the processes, workflows and tools used, as well as their further development
  • You will also take on quality assurance tasks for ESM projects
  • You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving documents such as technical concepts, functional specifications and process documentation
  • You will also support our pre-sales team

Your profile

  • You have a degree in informatics, business informatics or a completed apprenticeship in the IT sector
  • Feel free to contact us if you have a comparable education or are a career changer
  • You have already gained some experience in a comparable position
  • A high level of service and customer orientation is standard for you
  • You have a confident manner towards customers and very good organisational skills
  • You are determined, inquisitive and conscientious and always remain pragmatic and flexible
  • Ideally, you have knowledge and experience with ITIL
  • You have very good communication and analytical skills and act independently and proactively
  • Business-fluent English completes your profile
