Your responsibilities

  • Analysis of customer requirements and conception of technical solutions
  • Configuration/development of ServiceNow according to defined customer requirements
  • Documentation of technical solutions
  • Estimation of development efforts for work packages

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
  • Ideally implementation experience in the area of ServiceNow, but also as a career changer, e.g. Universal CMDB, Operations Bridge, Network Node Manager, SMAX
  • Experience with Web Services (SOAP / REST)
  • Ideally knowledge of service management processes
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel in the EMEA region
