We are looking for YOU to strengthen the iTSM Group in the DACH region!

Your responsibilities

  • Leading complex IT projects and project teams
  • Creating project plans and work orders
  • Creation of concepts and moderation of meetings
  • Updating PM documents as well as status reports
  • Responsibility for the creation of defined delivery objects in (costs, deadlines, functionality/quality)
  • Coordination with all involved parties (internal and external)
  • Independently set up customer projects together with the account management and prepare all necessary information for the preparation of quotations

Your profile

  • Successfully completed IT training or studies in the field of computer science or business informatics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the successful management of IT projects
  • Experience in the preparation of project documents and in dealing with quality management
  • Very good knowledge and practical experience with PM methods such as HERMES, PRINCE2, etc.
  • Very good Microsoft Office tool skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio, Project)
  • Customer-oriented, results-driven, self-reliant and able to deal with conflicts
  • Independent work, networked thinking with a strong understanding of communication and information
  • Business fluent communication in German (written and oral), other languages would be an advantage
  • Competent appearance towards customers as well as internally
  • Willingness to travel in German-speaking countries
  • Good written and spoken German and English
