Your responsibilities

  • Project management including the planning and implementation of projects in the context of Enterprise Service Management on the basis of the ESM platform of ServiceNow, according to classic and agile methods.
  • Development/optimization of organizational and process models taking into account common frameworks and the customer environment
  • Development of strategies and roadmaps in ESM together with the customer and your consulting colleagues
  • Carrying out organizational and maturity analyses
  • Assumption of quality assurance tasks in ESM projects
  • Specialization of your technical and, if applicable, solution expertise in one or more of the following topics:
    • IT Service Management
    • Customer Service Management
    • Demand/Project & Portfolio Management
    • Governance, Risk & Compliance Management
    • IT Operations Management and IT Automation
    • Legal Operations Management
  • Responsible for the creation/development of services/products within our Group portfolio
  • Support of our sales department in the pre-sales phase

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical studies or comparable qualifications
  • Ideally at least 3 years of experience in consulting on organizational, service and/or process models
  • Extensive experience in dealing with customer requirements at the level of middle and senior management as well as in technical conception, practical realization and implementation
  • Ideally implementation experience in the area of ServiceNow but also as a career changer, e.g. Universal CMDB, Operations Bridge, Network Node Manager, SMAX
  • A broad understanding of both typical IT and non-IT processes is desirable
  • Experience with relevant solutions for ITSM/ESM (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager)
  • Sound knowledge of at least one project management methodology
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies/frameworks such as SCRUM, DevOps or SAFe would be an advantage
  • Confident manner towards customers as well as previous experience in independently conducting customer workshops
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Willingness to perform, motivation, integrity, professional appearance and ability to work under pressure
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel
