We are looking for YOU to strengthen the “Governance Risk & Compliance” department of the iTSM Group!

Your responsibilities

  • As a member of the GRC Consultant team, you will be responsible for the planning, design and configuration of GRC digitalization projects and programs for our clients
  • Consulting on governance, risk and compliance programs in various sectors
  • This includes enterprise or operational risk management, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, internal control, internal audit, business continuity, insurance, environment, health and safety or other similar GRC programs
  • Analyzing business processes and recording requirements as well as developing solutions as part of our GRC portfolio
  • Configuration of parts of the GRC system designed as part of the customer workshops before being handed over to the technical consultants
  • Developing GRC strategies and roadmaps together with the client and your consulting team
  • Ensuring the appropriateness and quality of our projects/products/services for your customers
  • Working closely with the portfolio, product, sales and delivery managers for your customers
  • Contributing to the further development of the GRC portfolio and personal development within the GRC domain

Your profile

  • You have a successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Understanding of holistic, cross-industry governance, risk and compliance systems as well as in the areas of cybersecurity
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the responsible management of programs and/or projects in the GRC environment
  • Ideally, you already have experience in advising demanding clients, with a focus on processes, organization and solutions
  • You have experience with GRC digitization solutions or even better with IRM of the ServiceNow platform (introduction, application, product lines)
  • You already have experience in quality-oriented needs analysis and the development of strategies and roadmaps
  • A confident manner at C-level and persuasive skills, even in critical (project) situations, are a matter of course for you
  • You have a high level of self-motivation, the ability to work in a team and the willingness to travel typical for consulting
  • You have a very good level of German and English
