We are looking for YOU to strengthen the “Governance Risk & Compliance” department of the iTSM Group!

Your responsibilities

  • Planning, designing, and configuring GRC digitalization projects and programs for our clients is a key part of your role — always with a focus on regulatory frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, and the BSI IT-Grundschutz
  • In various industries, you provide expert advice on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs, including areas like Enterprise/Operational Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Cybersecurity, Internal Control, Audit, and Business Continuity
  • This involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and developing tailored solutions as part of our comprehensive GRC portfolio
  • Based on the processes developed jointly with the client, you take responsibility for configuring components of the GRC system before handing them over to our technical consultants
  • User stories are defined by you to serve as a solid foundation for technical implementation
  • In close collaboration with clients, you help shape GRC strategies and roadmaps
  • Throughout, you ensure the delivery of high-quality, goal-oriented projects, products, and services
  • You also collaborate closely with stakeholders from portfolio, product, sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment across all dimensions
  • Contributing actively to the ongoing development of our GRC portfolio, you continuously deepen your expertise in the GRC domain

Your profile

  • You hold a degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • A strong understanding of holistic, cross-industry GRC systems is part of your skillset — ideally including expertise in cybersecurity
  • Your background includes experience leading or contributing to programs and projects within the GRC environment
  • Advising demanding clients is part of your professional experience, with a focus on processes, organizational structures, and solution development
  • You’re familiar with GRC digitalization solutions — ideally with the IRM module of the ServiceNow platform
  • Needs are analyzed in a structured manner, and you translate them into well-founded strategies and roadmaps
  • At the C-level, you present yourself confidently and remain persuasive, even in challenging project situations
  • You combine a high degree of personal responsibility with a collaborative mindset and are open to travel when required
  • Fluency in both German and English rounds out your profile
