Your responsibilities

  • Active acquisition of new projects in the context of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) with existing customers as well as new customers in close coordination with your consulting team members
  • Preparation, presentation and negotiation of offers and contracts in close coordination with your consulting colleagues and the responsible key account managers
  • Creation and presentation of reports (e.g. revenue, costs, forecast, pipeline, quality, CSAT) for your accounts
  • Development of strategies and roadmaps in the ESM together with the customer and your consulting team members
  • Positioning of our service and product portfolio based on the customer journey of your customers
  • Assuming responsibility for the entire sales process as well as coordinating all internal and external resources relevant for the closing of the sale in our international team
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability of your accounts
  • Developing and maintaining manufacturer/partner relationships with defined focus partners
  • You report directly to the sales management

Your profile

  • You have a successfully completed degree in business administration/computer science or comparable qualification
  • You are a sales professional in the acquisition of new customers as well as customer support in the B2B environment with a focus on ESM platforms
  • You have at least 5 years of sales experience with regard to consulting services in the IT industry that require explanation
  • You have at least 2 years of sales experience (ideally with related sales certifications) in positioning and selling ESM platforms (preferably ServiceNow) and related services
  • You bring sales experience in at least three of these industries: Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, and Public Sector
  • You are experienced in value oriented needs analysis and concept development in cooperation with consultants
  • You have routine in the area of proposal preparation and follow-up
  • You have experience in building and maintaining long term customer relationships
  • Training and experience in the area of ServiceNow are advantageous
  • You have a high profitability awareness as well as a result oriented, proactive way of working
  • A confident appearance at C-level and persuasive skills in contract negotiations are a natural part of your personality
  • You are highly self-motivated, able to work in a team and are willing to travel
  • You have very good German and English skills
