Your responsibilities

  • Development & delivery of trainings (open trainings, in-house seminars) according to the training portfolio of iTSM Group, with focus on at least two of the topics ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM, DevOps, SAFe, IT4IT
  • Execution of face-to-face and virtual trainings (Virtual Classroom) as well as Blended Learning formats in the DACH region, with focus on Germany
  • Assumption of responsibility for the learning success of the participants
  • Further development/adaptation of relevant training materials and concepts, especially in the digitalization of our learning offerings (e.g. web-based trainings, Blended Learning, Virtual Classroom)
  • Development/expansion of your expertise in business consulting to advise our customers on the adaptation/introduction of common industry-specific frameworks and (IT) methods, e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM, DevOps, SAFe, IT4IT
  • Collaboration in consulting projects to enable/support the digital transformation of our customers

Your profile

  • You have a completed vocational training or a degree in the IT environment or comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the areas of IT service management and/or IT project management (according to classic and agile methods)
  • You have (basic) knowledge of common methods and frameworks, e.g. ITIL, PRINCE2, SCRUM, DevOps, SAFe, IT4IT
  • You are comfortable with speaking in front of other people and communicating knowledge in a practical way
  • You have a convincing, authentic appearance and communicate rhetorically skilful and target group oriented
  • You can communicate complex issues in a simple and comprehensible way
  • You are willing to shape topics and products on your own responsibility and with commitment
  • What you bring to the table: a high level of self-motivation, the ability to work in a team and a willingness to travel as is typical for a consultant
