Our “Process Operations” division is looking for YOU to work with a focus on Wolfsburg or remotely!
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the collaboration in various projects in the IT service catalog management environment, e.g. in the areas of service portfolio, financial data, defect, or incident management
- Management and optimization of the IT service portfolio
- Consulting and quality assurance with regard to business service, technical services as well as service and quantity planning
- Monitoring and quality assurance of structural specifications and processes
- Communication, coordination and execution of appointments with stakeholders and service managers
- Identification, recording and coordination of requirements
- Testing and pre-qualification of tool adjustments/implementations
- Tool support for inquiries from the business department and the extended user area
- Consulting for the prioritization of future implementations
- Execution and moderation of customer workshops for the coordination of detailed questions regarding requirements
- Interaction between various stakeholders, service providers and manufacturers
- Review and approval of documents such as business concepts, functional specifications and process documentation
- Consulting on processes, workflows and tools used, as well as their further development
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics or a completed apprenticeship in the IT or finance sector
- Feel free to contact us if you have a similar education or if you are a career changer
- A high level of service and customer orientation is standard for you
- Confident appearance in dealing with customers
- You have very good organizational skills
- You are determined, inquisitive and conscientious, while always remaining pragmatic and flexible
- Ideally, you have knowledge and experience with ITIL and finance processes
- You have very good communication and analytical skills and act independently and proactively
- Your English is fluent
