Account Manager / Sales Consultant

We are looking for YOU to strengthen our sales department in Wolfsburg!

Your responsibilities

  • Placement of our portfolio among our customers
  • Offer preparation and follow-up
  • Tender processing and negotiation
  • Proactive customer and new customer support
  • Resource allocation within the company according to customer request for proposal preparation
  • Close cooperation with project managers and practice leads
  • Development of new consulting content with the team
  • Maintenance and sales-related use of CRM and similar tools

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service sales
  • Professional training, university degree or comparable qualifications
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Experience in Enterprise Service Management environment
  • Experience in group support and/or larger mid-market customers desirable
  • Experience with negotiating and completing service contracts
  • Experience with extended sales cycles
  • Team player who embraces agile and collaborative decision-making mechanisms
  • Experience in the account “Volkswagen” or in the automotive sector is an advantage
  • ServiceNow know-how or general ESM as a plus
